World vision –PDG currently has a vacancy in our program quality department. In conjunction with the resource mobilisation and planning manager support the |
| | development of programs for WV ministry and assist in coordination of design, program planning, documentation and resource mobilisation activities in PDG to improve program quality. We encourage staff and public from the three countries to apply. A detailed JD can be given by HR upon request. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Support the resource mobilisation and planning manager to achieve annual growth through the submission of project designs for private non-sponsorship and governmental funding |
| | 2) Support and where appropriate lead development of project/program concepts and proposals in line with program assessments and designs |
| | 3) Encourage enhanced integration of all projects and programmes bringing a true holistic approach to development. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A masters in a field related to project management, research, social or political science, development studies or similar field; 4 years in development work; Minimum of 2 years in project monitoring and |
| | evaluation; Highly knowledgeable and well versed in LEAP and DME functions |
| | - Communication, linguistic and presentation skills; Computer skills; Organising, planning and training skills. |
