Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results orientated to fill the position mentioned.

Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee the breakfast of the Food & Beverage kitchen of this multi facet business.

Interested applicant must possess the following:

Criteria:

- Must have at least 2 years cooking experience and a good knowledge of breakfast buffets; The right attitude and drive to work as a team; Self motivated, driven, innovative and passionate about food;

Have knowledge in Haccp & occupational health and safety; Have good communication, organizational and administration skills

- Attention to detail, time management, multi tasking; Be able to work hours from 4am to 12 midday (subject to change); Ability to train effectively are also necessary skills required in this role.
