| | We seek a dynamic Program Quality Advisor to join our team. |
| | Duties and Responsibilities |
| | The position will provide technical support and expertise to the Vanuatu field staff, and the partner organisations in relation to Oxfam program management cycle and the program management manual. The contract is fulltime, fixed term for 1 year. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Requires a self-motivated person with extensive experience in and knowledge of Oxfam program management processes and systems; Have extensive experience with Oxfam or similar agency; Have |
| | proven management experience, leading and motivating multi disciplinary teams and stakeholders (internally/externally) in the delivery of the program strategy |
| | - Have in-depth understanding of Oxfam minimum program standards; Be able to train and mentor field staff and partner staff on program quality; Be able to produce high quality reports, manuals, |
| | guides and publications to fit the needs of local teams |
| | - Able to contribute to overall strategic design and implementation of technical aspects of the program. |
