| | Sam’s Animal Welfare Association is a charity which aims to help all animals in Vanuatu. One of Sam’s main aims is to educate and create awareness in the community on issues of animal care, welfare and animal health and disease. This is done through running education programs for different community groups. Sam’s is looking for an enthusiastic |
| | and motivated person to work together in a team to develop and run the Sam’s Animal Welfare Education program. |

| | Duties and Responsibilities: |
| | 1) To engage community groups in the Port Vila area and in rural areas around Efate |
| | 2) To develop and present educational programs to a diverse audience including high school students, primary school students and community groups |
| | 3) To help recruit and manage the Sam’s education Team |
| | 4) To deliver reports and update to the Sam’s Animal Welfare Association President and Board members at once a month meetings |
| | 5)To work and continue professional training alongside the current program coordinator in a team environment. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Strong verbal and written communication skills, a background in education would be seen as an advantage |
| | - Demonstrated experience running workshops with different community groups |
| | - A passion and enthusiasm for animals |
| | - Computer literacy; email, facebook and microsoft office |
| | - Strong in english and bislama. |
