Job Description:

Vacancy notice for the position mentioned. The PSC 3-2 Application Form can be collected from the Ministry of Education reception, along with an Information Pack containing a Job Description and other relevant job information.



Duties and responsibilities:

1) Ensure that the Ministry has access to high level policy advice, and the capacity to plan, monitor and evaluate effective educational strategies in implementing government policy on education

2) To promote excellent practice and quality personal education plans across the service for children and young people in care through the development and coordination of the integrated planning systems and processes.

Interested applicant must possess the following requirements:

Criteria:

- Degree or Diploma in Policy Development, Statistical Analysis or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years experience in policy development, statistical research and analysis, preferably in Education

- Demonstrated analytical and research skills and ability to analyse statistical and other data from a range of sources and in a variety of formats is essential.

Salary:

Grade H Os 4.3, VT 1,517, 040 annual salary plus entitlement to child & housing allowances

Language:

Bislama, English, French
