| | The University of the South Pacific is seeking an accountant for its Emalus Campus, Vanuatu. |

| | Duties and Responsibilities: |
| | The appointee will be responsible for training, supervising, and monitoring of accounting staff and other associates, preparation of financial reports for management, maintain fixed Asset register, reconciliations, of bank and other subsidiary accounts, lead internal/external audits, manage processes to deliver outputs as required on deadlines. |

| | The position is available for a term of three years and maybe renewed by mutual agreement. |

| | - A relevant Undergraduate Degree with 5 years relevant experience in management and financial system, budgting, financial reporting, financial data analysis, audit and taxation |
| | - Competency with MYOB and other computerised accounting system; Have good interpersonal and communication skills; |
| | - Demonstrate commitment to customer service; Ability to work under pressure to meet strict dealines; Substantial demonstrate relevant experience |

| | Band 2 VUV 3,295,198 - 3,954,237 per annum (inclusive of 15% Gratuity) |
