| | Responsibilities; |
| | - Developing and ensuring the implementation of sales strategies and targets. |
| | - Following sales trends, examining market trend and collating information about upcoming trends or advances in the types of products. |
| | - Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. |
| | - Maintain and expand customer base by directing sales executives; building and |
| | - implementing promotional events and activities. |
| | - Strengthening the distribution network. |

| | To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Qualifications with form 6 pass (year 13) |
| | - At least 4-6 years of progressive experience in the Sales and Marketing field. |
| | - Have a good customer rapport & knowledge of local market. |
| | - Strong inter-personal and communication skills. |
| | - Knowledge of local language is a Must. |
| | - willing to travel for business. |
