Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities:

- Management and supervision of the production

- Leads efforts to continuously control cost

- Improve efficiency and increase productivity

- Guarantee the maintenance of the production plant

- Ensure that all raw materials are available at all time

- Ensure that all security measures are respected

- Ensure that the environmental rules in the country are respected

- Contribute to put in place projects or investments

- To work out, propose, implement and follow up the annual operational budget

- Create or improve the work procedures

- Put in place cost & performance indicators

- Manage the staff in close relation with the Finance Manager

Criteria:

- Graduation: Year 13 + 5 years in Brewing or similar

- Experience: +10 years in food industry.

- skills: Manufacturing operations managers determine methods and strategies for maximizing the firm's financial, human and material assets with a view to meeting the production schedule and objectives. They must

use critical thinking skills and leadership ability to make and implement good decisions. Operations managers' continual tasks of communicating, coordinating and resolving conflict demand ability to speak persuasively

and listen effectively.

- Other required skills: English, optional French and Bislama spoken, excellent interpersonal very good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
