Job Description:

The Department of Energy is now seeking for a consultant to undertake the services of a Web Developer to design and develop a website and database for the Department. The Consultant assignment is for 3 months and commencing in June 2015. The Consultant shall report directly to Director of DoE. Criteria: University Degree in Computer Science, Programming or relevant field Advance knowledge of the modern web development technologies, HTML, ASP, PHP, SQL, Java Script, knowledge of web design 3-4 year relevant work experience in IT sector and/or web developer Proven experience in web development field, solid portfolio of accomplished web projects Excellent design and written skills in English. Knowledge of French would be an asset Fluent in written and oral English. French and/or Bislama would be ab advantage.
