Criteria: Qualification - Degree  Special Business Education - Health Statistics or Heath Information System Experience - Desirable-Extensive experience in the Vanuatu Special Skills - Well developed verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Database software (excel, access EPI info and other database). Thinking Style - Mentally fit with a practical and analytical style of thinking Communication/Interpersonal Skills - Written and verbal communication Behavior Competencies - High level of personal integrity Language - English or French and Bislama
