Job Description:

The Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking to recruit a Ni-Vanuatu citizen for the position of Accounts Administrator for the Administration Services Unit. Responsibilities: Computer recording of financial transactions  Producing consolidated monthly and annual financial reports Debt collection Accounting for a number of small to medium government and other donor funded projects and programmes Providing financial advice to the organisation Coordinating other Administration Services tasks Criteria: Ability to use MYOB Account Right Knowledge of accounting standards Ability to consolidate accounts of various units Experience in debt collection activities Have a good analytical, supervisory and leadership skills, and be ready to work in a team Proactive, autonomous, time management and flexibility and capacity Relevant degree of professionalism Excellent writing skills to prepare reports and presentations  Excellent communication and inter-personal skills  Proficient in English including technical accounting terms, French an advantage. Qualification sought Accounting qualification degree or higher Hold current drivers license 10+ years experience.

Salary:

Remuneration will depend on qualification and experience.
