The Program's Head Office is located in Port Vila and TVET Centres have been established in SANMA, MALAMPA, TORBA and TAFEA provinces. Phase 4 of the Program is due to commence 1 July 2016. Applications are now sought for the position of Centre Manager - Sanma TVET Centre. It is anticipated that positions will commence August 2016.
