Job Description:
RAPID ELECTRICAL Seeks to employ a Qualified Senior Accounts Clerk.

You will be an integral part of Rapid Electrical’s management team. You will help achieve Rapid’s goals and targets including providing training as needed, recommending changes and making improvements to internal procedures and practices to ensure our accounting system is accurate and up-to-date at all times and to meet strict reporting deadlines.

This is a local position, THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. Only applicants with relevant experience should apply.

Criteria:
Applicants must possess the following:
  • Excellent knowledge of data entry
  • Ability to manage and reconcile related company and group accounts
  • Developing and documenting office procedures
  • Current skills with MYOB software, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good customer service and communications skills
  • Team Player
  • Very honest, reliable and punctual
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Knowledge on Audit report compiling
  • Advantage if have knowledge in any retail POS software
  • Driving license would be an advantage but not necessary.
