World Vision is now recruiting for a Support Services Officer based in our Area Program Office in Luganville, Santo. This role will provide high quality Procurement, Logistics and Administrative support (including ICT) to all World Vision projects across our Northern Area Program.
In line with WV Vanuatu’s For Children, For Change, For Life (4C4C4L) purpose, this position will:
  • Provide high quality Procurement, Logistics and Administrative support to all World Vision Vanuatu projects across the Northern Area Program including assisting in improving procurement processes and procedures
  • Contribute to a high level of accountability and transparency in the procurement of goods, works and services, including establishing and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for managing World Vision assets, ensuring assets are appropriately recorded, visually verified, maintained and disposed of
  • Ensure that WV assets, inventory and prepositioned items are warehoused appropriately and warehouse documentation is kept up to date
  • Maintain the World Vision Northern Area Program office to a high standard ensuring that maintenance issues are addressed and safety and comfort of WVV staff and visitors are prioritized 
  • Work closely with the WVV Senior ICT Officer to provide day-to-day ICT support to staff in the NAP office.

Salary:

An annual salary package of between VT 788,214 to VT 849,240, inclusive of all relevant benefits and annual leave, will be provided dependent on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
