| | - Bachelor degree or other tertiary qualifications is preferred; At least 3 years work experience in a related post dealing with similar activities |
| | - Good standard of written and verbal communication skills; Experience in project cycle, project appraisal and project management |
| | - Abilities to undertake programming exercise with donors; Has the capacity to work as a member of a team |
| | - Good character; Good interpersonal skill; Fluent in Bislama and either English or French. |
| | - Willing to work long hours occasionally on weekends; Prepare to work over time and under pressure; computer literate |
