Job Description:

We are currently looking for suitable candidate to fill the position of Sous - Chef in our Kitchen.

Only short listed applicants will be notified accordingly.

The successful applicant must have:

Criteria:

- Previous relevant experience of at least 3 - 5 years and qualification in food preparation and kitchen work; Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene

- Be able to assist the executive chef to create menus from fresh local produce on season

- Should be confident within all sections in kitchen operations

- Possess good interpersonal skills; Be very customer focused

- Be a team player and work well under pressure.

Salary:

Remuneration will be based on qualification of the successful candidate
