| | DYDST wishes to recruit an experienced individual for its Nabanga Sport for Development Program. The Sport for Development Officer will coordinate the current TAFEA project on Aniwa and support the DYDST in strengthening its work in Sport for Development. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Professional development in community work or similar; Experience in coordinating community development programs; Experience working in rural communities |
| | - Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive issues; Experience in managing a budget |
| | - Time management skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills (including negotiation skills and report writing skills) |
| | - Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; Demonstrated capacity to work as part of a team and also without supervision; Be willing to travel to remote locations in TAFEA province |
| | - Experience in using Participatory Monitoring (desirable); Read, write and speak English and Bislama (essential) and French (desirable). |
