Job Description:
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Public Utilities (MIPU) wishes to recruit a suitable individual for the position of Finance Officer Project. The application, which should address the Selection Criteria for the advertised position must be accompanied by photocopies of supporting documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Human Resource Officer, PMB 9057, Port Vila. Supporting documents should include Curriculum Vitae of no more than 5 pages detailing employment experience demonstrating capacity to meet the Selection Criteria. The Contact details (phone/ or e-mail) for 2 current Referees must be included. The closing date for this application is 06th February 2015 at 4.30 pm.

Criteria:
- Qualification: Certificate
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a business organization; sound knowledge of Government financial information system (FMIS)
- Special Business Education: Accounting or Business Studies or Management or related field.
- Special Skills: Accounting and financial kills; mathematical skills; report writing skills; computer literate ( especially Microsoft Office excel); vehicle license
- Thinking Style: Communication/Interpersonal skills; Behavioral Competencies: Analytical thinker and ability to prioritize work loads; good communication with clients and be able to work independently reliable and punctual at all times
- Language: English or French and Bislama
