Job Description: 
The Vanuatu Red Cross Society is seeking applications for a dynamic and highly motivated person. 

This person will fill in a role for Peer Review Facilitator to Review the Vanuatu Red Cross Society's (VRCS) Empowering Vanuatu Malangwelo project, and provide an impartial and independent evaluation of the project and key recommendations for the next phases and future similar initiatives of the VRCS.

 This role is consultancy basis for a period of 7 days only.

          Criteria:
          Qualifications and Profile Required
          • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (preferably, development studies)
          • In depth knowledge, understanding and experience in livelihoods program design or management
          • In depth knowledge of the Ni-Vanuatu context
          • Experience in gender-based projects.
          Functional/Technical Competencies
          • Experience in research and conducting evaluation of project activities
          • Strong communication and facilitation skills
          • Strong analytical and planning skills
          • Ability to work within a multicultural environment
          • The facilitator must not be affiliated to VRCS.
          Languages
          • Thorough knowledge of English and Bislama. Final report to be submitted in English. Working knowledge of French an advantage.
