Job Description:


The Department of Government Remuneration Tribunal under the Ministry of the Prime Minister wishes to recruit two (2) person to fill the Position of Remuneration Data Analyst and the particulars for the position is set out below:

Job Title:         Remuneration Data Analyst (x2)
Annual Salary:  VT. 811,440
Duration:         4 months
Location:         Department of GRT

Applicants will be assessed against the following selection criteria:
    Criteria:
    • Qualification- A Tertiary Qualification (either a Diploma or Bachelor Degree)
    • Special Education- Economics, Statistics, Finance, Human Resources or Business related field
    • Special Skills -
    1. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of human resources management, public sector administration and policy development
    2. Intermediate Mathematical and Computer aptitude
    3. Understanding of remuneration benchmarking and incentive design practices
    • Thinking style – Exceptional Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Communication/Interpersonal Skills- Excellent communication and reporting writing skills
    • Behavioral Competencies - Self starter, team player and able to appropriately communicate sensitive information
    • Language- Fluent in French or English, and Bislama.
