Job Description: 
A local company is seeking an experienced person for the above position.

Responsibilities:
  • All general office Administration duties, roster scheduling and training of staff
  • Set weekly/monthly objectives and targets to achieve
  • Plan and implement cost control measures 
  • Stock control and inventory reports
  • Set and monitor quality and service standards.
Criteria:
Skills required:
  • Applicants are required to have at least 10 years’ experience in a Food and Beverage Management role and office administration for Hotel or Restaurant 
  • E-mail, Word, Excel, Adobe, Keynotes, Social Media, PC and Mac 
  • Sales and Event Management 
  • Front and Back of house management experience and
  • Experience in Food expediting and training.
