Small business - big, important job. Pay end of month
invoices, wages, VNPF, rosters, compile VAT returns. Organise office: Set up
filing system, manage tour and restaurant bookings, create invoices.
This is a responsible, senior role, working directly with the co-owner. You
will have a high degree of autonomy. The main focus of the role is office
management but you may also be greeting guests and assisting in other roles as
needed. The possibilities are exciting for the right person.
Daily staff transport provided free of charge. For the right person: cost of
moving to Santo (if you live in Vila or elsewhere), assistance with
accommodation may be possible (depending on family needs).
Freshwater Plantation is open 7 days per week and
employs 15 staff, all of whom work a rostered 5 days per week. We are a
beautiful 300 acre cocoa plantation which offers day tours of our caves and
plantation. We also offer lunch at our restaurant: See comments on Trip
Advisor, "Espiritu Santo", "Things to Do". Another part of
the business is 4WD car hire on Santo.
