            Kids Club Attendant 

            As a Kids Club Attendant you are responsible to ensure that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
            • Create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club / crèche
            • Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child 
            • Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club / crèche
            • Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained
            • Assist with implementation of special activity events
            • Promote guest activities and events
            • Ensure all club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times
            • Maintain club / crèche clean and tidy at all times
            • Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices
            • Assist with planning and developing Kids Club, sport and recreation programs in order to ensure that activities and events are made available for all Resort guest
            • Administer recreation programs to ensure that programs are delivered within guidelines and budgets
            • Promote recreation and sport programs in order to ensure that guests are aware of available opportunities and activities
            • Perform other related duties and assignment as required by the Management
            • From time to time, you will be expected to assist in the gift shop, assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for; responsible for processing cash and card payments; stocking shelves with merchandise; balancing cash registers with receipts; keeping the store tidy and clean; attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock; keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
